Dr Aniali graduated as a medical practitioner at Stellenbosch University, then went on to obtain aesthetic certifications in Advanced Botulinum toxin and Filler Techniques, Microsclerotherapy and Injection-Lipolysis in the United Kingdom, where she practiced for 10 years.

She performs advanced Chemical Peels and Thread Facelift Techniques.

Dr. Aniali assists her patients in managing their ageing process. She is a firm believer in the Holistic approach of accommodating both the aesthetic as well as the general health of the human body when treating her patients. This, she accomplishes through Hormone, Immune and Endocrine support and non-surgical aesthetic interventions, and natural skin rejuvenation. Dr. Aniali is a skilled Bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT) practitioner.

She is the owner of Transform Medical Aesthetic Institute, a Medical clinic that focuses on non-surgical aesthetic treatments and also offers beauty and laser treatments. She is the owner of Liposolution, a company that compounds the well-researched and results-driven Phosphatidylcholine-Deoxycholate formula (for Injection-Lipolysis) in South Africa, licensed by NETWORK-Globalhealth in Germany.

Dr. Aniali is an experienced and hands-on Aesthetic Trainer who conducts workshop training for registered medical and dental practitioners on Injection-Lipolysis, Microsclerotherapy, and various competency levels of Filler injection techniques and presents CPD-accredited Botulinum toxin training courses at Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.

She is also a regular speaker on anti-ageing and aesthetic treatments.
